– Reporting to Fresh Food Manager & will be responsible for managing the Fruits & Vegetable in all retail stores. In addition the candidate has evaluate the financial aspects of product, such as budgets, expenditures, and profit-loss projections.
– Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of Fruits & Vegetable products, and monitoring market trends.
– Analyze monthly section budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
– Manage and track inventory records to estimate gross monthly profits as per company guidelines.
– Execute localized merchandising plans and follow company plans to ensure Fruits & Vegetable Section achieves profits.
– Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards mandated by EHS.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in any discipline.
– At least 10 years of total experience in a management position of which minimum 5 – 7 years of retail industry experience.
– Must have working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
– Must have an excellent knowledge with different and all type of Fruits & Vegetable products.
– Must have the ability of effective communicate with all levels of the organization.
